3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

4. Shipping & Delivery (Physical Products)

  • Processing times vary and will be stated at checkout when possible.

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Rosebud Art & Soul Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Digital Products & Downloads

All digital products (including tutorials, PDFs, downloads, and virtual classes) are non-refundable once access is granted.

Digital content is for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.

6. Event & Workshop Policies

  • Event tickets and workshop registrations are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

  • If an event is canceled by Rosebud Art & Soul Designs, a refund or credit will be issued.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

  • Participants attend events at their own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including artwork, designs, logos, text, images, videos, tutorials, and instructional materials—is the property of Rosebud Art & Soul Designs LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
